Set on a peaceful lakeside property, the home features an acre of flat, fenced-in yard, a large community garden, grill and patio space, a porch swing, and a recreation room where children can enjoy time together in the nearly five thousand square foot home. Residents live alongside other women, sharing in companionship, meal prep, childcare, and household tasks. This unique model allows women to thrive in a collaborative, supportive community while enjoying the privacy of their own fully equipped living spaces. One Bedroom
Ideal for a single mother with a child under the age of eight, this cozy one-bedroom offers a private bedroom and full bathroom. The space is designed for comfort and convenience. Perfect for mothers seeking a nurturing environment for both themselves and their little one.
Two Bedroom
Designed for single mothers with one or two children, this two-bedroom layout features one large bedroom with two smaller adjacent rooms, along with a full private bathroom. The space offers flexibility for sleeping arrangements or a playroom, while residents enjoy the support of communal living. A thoughtful balance of privacy and community support makes this ideal.
Three Bedroom
Perfect for mothers with multiple children or those needing extra space, the three-bedroom option includes one main bedroom, two larger bedrooms above and a full private bathroom. This layout provides room for work, study, and family activities, while still offering the benefits of living in a supportive community.
Pricing and Application Information
Housing rates are based CT housing rates and developed on a sliding scale to accommodate different financial situations, ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 per month. All applicants are required to complete an application, group interview, background and credit screening as part of the application process.
